Role-based access for 160+ staff across three permission tiers. Rota, visits, training, team chat, assessments, mileage and incident reporting, policy signatures, newsletters, handbook, wellbeing tools and a full HR compliance suite. Built on TanStack Start and Supabase with Framer Motion, Radix UI and Tailwind CSS. AI document chat and automated training quizzes run on carefully chosen APIs. Deployed to hub.careinhand.co.uk.
