Joyne
A client onboarding platform that takes someone from first enquiry to signed contract and paid deposit without any manual admin.

What was wrong before.
Every new client meant the same slog.
Emails back and forth to work out what they actually wanted. A quote assembled by hand. A contract sent separately as an attachment. Chasing a deposit. Explaining the process again, because it had been explained by email three weeks earlier and forgotten.
Hours of admin before any actual work had started, repeated for every single client, and none of it moved a project forward by a single day.
The actual solution.
Intake and scoping
A tailored intake flow depending on what the client needs, whether that is a website, custom software or marketing. A scoping survey that asks about their business and prices the project live as they answer, including optional add ons.
They see a total before they commit, which removes the single most awkward conversation in the whole process.

Contracts and payment
Contracts as fillable templates inside the platform, signed digitally. Deposits paid before work starts. Different templates for websites and software, so the right terms show up automatically for the right kind of project.

The brand and presence scanner
Rather than asking clients for their brand colours, fonts and content, the platform analyses their existing website and works it out. It pulls colours, fonts, structure and content, analyses how they currently sound in writing, and checks whether AI models know they exist and who gets recommended instead of them.
The client answers fewer questions because the platform already found the answers.

Content collection
Structured page by page content collection with an AI helper that drafts copy in the client's own brand voice from short answers, rather than asking someone who hates writing to produce 500 words about themselves.

Sitemap and structure planner
Turns everything collected into an actual site structure. An interactive sitemap the client can rearrange, then a low fidelity outline of what sits on each page, shared as a link for comment and approval before any design work starts.
This is the step that prevents the expensive version of scope creep, where a client sees a finished design and only then realises a page is missing.

Content inspiration
Generates social content and blog ideas based on the client's industry and the customers they actually serve, and lets them request blog posts directly.

Project management
Booking and scheduling through an embedded calendar, design feedback with comments directly on wireframes, file sharing, messaging, to do lists and automated email sequences for reminders, invoices and chasing.

Decisions, not just features.
Built for my own business first
Which is why it solves the problems that actually cost time rather than the ones that demo well.
Everything feeds everything else
The scanner output populates the brand step. The content collector feeds the sitemap planner. The scoping survey feeds the content inspiration tool. Nothing is collected twice, which is the whole point.
Payments and contracts handled properly
Deposits, contract signing and the legal side built in rather than bolted on. The awkward parts of onboarding stop being awkward when they are simply the next step in a flow.
Component reuse across products
The research engine came from ReplyLift rather than being rebuilt. Building things once and reusing them is how a single person ships this much.
Designed to be white labelled
Built from the start so it could be sold to other agencies with their own branding, not just used internally.
What changed for the business.
- The admin that used to eat entire mornings now runs in the background
- Clients arrive at a project already scoped, already contracted and already paid
- Fewer questions asked of clients, because the platform found the answers first
- Onboarding turned from a bottleneck into a background process
End to end platform design. Payment and contract handling. AI integration that produces something genuinely useful rather than a novelty. And building a product with a commercial future rather than just an internal tool.
